Navigating neurodiversity requires clarity, validation, and practical coping mechanisms. We offer formal clinical ADHD assessments for both adults and children, based in Kent and South East London. Alongside diagnostics, our tailored one-to-one coaching helps you understand your brain, build sustainable routines, and thrive in daily life. For those navigating the complexities of the system, we provide professional guidance through child autism referrals and expert adult signposting to ensure you find the right pathways.
Your care is guided by a holistic, evolving therapeutic approach. I am currently completing my Level 3 Counselling training and hold a Level 1 qualification in Islamic Psychology, allowing me to blend clinical diagnostics with faith-informed, therapeutic emotional support. Every pathway is structured to empower your individual strengths while addressing unique executive functioning challenges.
