Frequently asked questions

Whether you are considering clinical mental health support, Islamic psychology coaching, or cupping therapy, here is what you need to know before we begin.

Where do sessions and treatments take place?

Coaching and ADHD assessments are available online for clients across the UK. Face to face appointments can be provided upon request, subject to distance from Base location - Gravesend.

Hijama therapy and mobile massage services are provided in-person across South East London and Kent, bringing treatments directly to your home or clinic space.

Who can book the Hijama and massage services?

Our Hijama (cupping) therapy and mobile massage treatments are run exclusively as a female-only clinic, offering a safe, private, and comfortable environment for women.

Medical consults will always be done prior to any treatment to ensure your safety.

What qualifications back your healthcare services?

Care is led by an NMC registered mental health nurse (BSc, University of Surrey), qualified ADHD assessor, and certified Hijama practitioner with Level 3 qualifications in sports and exercise science as well as level 2 certification in lymphatic massage, tension release and deep tissue.

Also, formal studies in Islamic psychology with Al Balagh Academy.

What can I expect during an ADHD assessment?

Assessments are thorough, structured clinical evaluations conducted remotely or in person. We review developmental history, current symptoms, and functional challenges, producing detailed findings and recommended management steps.

How does Islamic psychology inform your coaching?

We integrate clinical nursing knowledge with spiritual frameworks from Islamic psychology to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Sessions are tailored for clients who wish to connect their healing with their faith.

Do you support perinatal and maternal mental health?

Yes, we have extensive clinical experience supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum, assisting with perinatal mood challenges, stress, and broader mental health difficulties.

What happens if I need external medical or psychiatric care?

As an NMC registered professional, patient safety is paramount. If your assessment indicates you require specialised medical care, crisis support, or secondary mental health services, we provide appropriate guidance and external referrals.

How do I book an initial consultation?

You can browse our options on the services page and arrange an introductory conversation online to discuss your goals, whether you need coaching, cupping therapy, or diagnostic guidance.
