About Nur Holistic Wellbeing

Bridging clinical healthcare expertise with traditional therapies to support mental, physical, and spiritual healing across South East London, Kent, and online.

Clinical expertise and qualified care

I’m an NMC registered mental health nurse with a BSc from the University of Surrey, and ADHD assessor.

My path into mental health wasn’t the one I originally planned. In 2014, I completed a college diploma in Sport and Exercise Science with Massage, with the ambition of becoming a physiotherapist. But when I found myself supporting a family member through mental health and nuerodivergent difficulties, my direction changed. That experience showed me where I wanted to make a difference, and I went on to study mental health nursing.

Once qualified, I worked on the wards, which was one of the most challenging experiences of my career. My clinical background spans a Mother and Baby Unit, forensic wards and several London SLaM hospitals. I progressed to deputy manager before moving into a role as a community psychiatric nurse, supporting clients through complex psychological challenges.

After the birth of my first son, I experienced postpartum mental health difficulties myself, and returning to work was a struggle. I kept moving forward by completing top-up courses and further training, and I’m currently working towards a Level 3 counselling qualification. This sits alongside my clinical assessments, offering an empathetic, structured foundation to guide personal growth and emotional recovery.

Over the past year, I’ve been building Nur Wellbeing, a holistic clinic that is still in its early stages. My professional and personal experience has given me a deep understanding of perinatal mental illness, including dedicated work with women during and after pregnancy. I’m here to support new mums, and any woman who needs a little extra help, to feel heard, supported and well

A complete holistic philosophy

True wellness requires nurturing mind, body, and soul in harmony. As a certified hijama practitioner holding a Level 1 certificate in Psychology & Islam from Al Balagh Academy, I integrate faith-sensitive perspectives with restorative therapies. Alongside mobile massage services for women, I provide a calm sanctuary for physical relief and spiritual grounding.

This unified approach ensures that your journey towards healing respects every dimension of your life.

Physical vitality and tailored guidance

Holding a Level 3 Diploma in sports and exercise science, I incorporate practical movement and nutritional balance into client care. From personalised meal planning to tailored exercise programmes, physical well-being forms an essential pillar of long-term mental resilience.

Through 1:1 bespoke coaching, I empower clients with practical daily tools, while maintaining seamless connections with external mental health services whenever additional clinical care is required.

"Working with a practitioner who understands both clinical mental health and spiritual wellness has transformed my approach to healing. Her compassionate care made all the difference."
